WHO IS NICOLAS?

International in vocation yet deeply human-centered, Nicolas is a portrait and documentary photographer. As a teenager, he was quickly drawn to photography, which he learned as a self-taught artist. He later became interested in humanities by studying psychology. This led him to become a professional coach serving his clients by exploring their life journeys.  As a photographer, he considers himself a seeker of truth through imagery, and this has become a true calling for him. Between 2012 and 2020, Nicolas published a daily photograph on the website www.unephotoparjour.ch dedicated to the work of image makers both professional and amateur. He is also a member of the Swiss Union of Professional Photographers and a founding member of the RAW agency (RAW-Agency.com)

A UNIQUE STYLE

Nicolas's style is immediately recognizable: behind an apparent simplicity, his subjects emanate raw strength. The backgrounds of his images, for their part, seem to fade delicately.

AN INTUITIVE ARTIST

An artist and contemplative soul, Nicolas allows himself to be guided by his perceptions and intuition. On the street, he lets his inspiration lead him. He briefly perceives what emanates from people and captures that emotion.
